Minutes of the meeting on Friday, January 14, 2011
Garage lofts:
It will be held Saturday, May 28 from 8am to 18H in the courtyard of the elementary school. Installation of exhibitors will be available from 7am.
Anne-Sophie handles the user agreement of the premises to remove the school action.
Aude on request the 100 tables and 60 chairs and the use of overhead projectors in the city. It also provides information for reporting to the mayor.
Anne handles the declaration prior to the sale and unpacking of information on a website that lists garage sales.
Stephanie (following its success in reviving the achésion the association) is designated volunteer to cook up a leaflet. It will highlight that this is an association for a school. The leaflet will be ready for early April in order to distribute in the many garage sales taking place before our own. We opt for a half A5 (or A4 in 4). He will think about putting a plan on the back of the leaflet (the best known landmarks as the Tower Victor Hugo and the Stadium to highlight). The price of the table is set at 5 €. Registration will be taken into account to settle with the paper form (one could make the solemn declaration on the back of the leaflet with the plan), it will also need to specify a photocopy of an identity and a check and the address where to send it. It may also indicate that (like last year), there will be a makeup workshop for children and as games (see with Benedict if possible as last year).
All the administrative must be buckled before the holiday of February (the commission "garage sales" will meet Feb. 4 at 18:30 at the Cafe des Arts.
for the "restoration" , coffee (or tea) will be offered to exhibitors (allow tickets!). An appeal will be made among members so that they make cakes and quiches will be sold on site.
Review chocolates and mulled wine before Christmas
It is incomplete but we can already count on a profit of at least 130 €. Thank you to all those who gave their time to this action that seemed appreciated.
